Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
